Merv Digital Solutions Launches with Multi-Studio Model, Aims to Power Innovation in Lottery & iGaming
Company to Debut Marketing Studio & Game Studio at La Fleur’s Chicago Conference as Gold Sponsor
LOUISVILLE, KY – April 24, 2025 – Merv Digital Solutions has announced the launch of multiple purpose-built studios aiming to meet the growing demand for digital innovation in lottery and iGaming: Merv Marketing Studio and Merv Game Studio. The company will make its industry debut as a Gold Level Sponsor at next week’s La Fleur’s Lottery Conference in Chicago, taking place April 28–30.
The company is founded by lottery industry veteran Merv Huber, whose most recent post was as Vice President of Digital Growth at Scientific Games, overseeing the suppliers’ digital marketing program, digital product development and game content strategies. At launch, Merv Digital Solutions’ studios will deliver digital marketing and CRM strategic services and high-performing instant win games through a nimble team of digital specialists.

Two Studios. One Mission.
Merv Marketing Studio provides CRM and digital marketing strategic services tailored for lotteries and real money gaming operators. Since December 2024, the Marketing Studio has served as a strategic partner to the Connecticut Lottery, supporting the launch of its new CRM program on the Optimove platform, and providing ongoing digital player engagement efforts for the lottery’s iLottery and Second Chance digital programs.
Merv Game Studio, meanwhile, is focused on building a portfolio of innovative online instant win games optimized for portfolio diversification, player engagement, and highly productive commercial performance. The studio’s first games – including Cool Cowboy, Electric Revenue, Firework Frenzy, Autumn’s Up and Dino Dive — will debut in 2025 through soon-to-be-announced content aggregation & distribution partnerships. Merv Game Studio has procured its own Remote Gaming Server, which is scheduled to be deployed in multiple continents by the end of Q2, with game content expected to be delivered to multiple lotteries in Q3.
